Returns


As all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preferences.


However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:


- The product is damaged upon delivery

- The product has a manufacturing or printing defect

- You received the wrong item


To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photo proof of the issue.

Return Window


Eligible returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds


Once your request is reviewed and approved:


- A replacement will be issued at no additional cost, or

- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method


Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns or refunds for:


- Incorrect size ordered by the customer

- Change of mind after placing the order

- Minor color variations due to screen differences

Cancellation Policy


Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, production may begin and cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Costs


- If the issue is from our side (damage, defect, wrong product), we will cover all costs

- Otherwise, returns are not applicable
